What's your scaled weight with Onan gene?

Has anyone had any issues with the fridge venting through the wall as opposed to through the roof?

No problems for me. I have a 2010 AF811

I have the long bed version, so there's no generator.

THis was on the way home after buying the camper. It had two full propane tanks and about 1/2 tank of water:

Per AF web site the dry camper weighs 2873 but you have to add to that the mandatory value package of 595#. This brings the dry weight up to 3468# before you add any options like A/C, generator and any other options you might want to add. So with just those 2 above mentioned items you are now at around 3648#. Now add in water, propane and one or two batteries, solar or any other options plus your food and gear and you are easily quite a bit over 4000#.

I had an AF 1140 and AF are very well built campers but by the same they are heavy campers. I had the 1140 on a F550 cab chassis with a pickup bed installed on it.

AF 860 here. Basically the same camper.
No issues with the fridge. It's awesome.
I can tell you mine is a lot more than 3 k lbs.
Quick numbers, it takes about 75 psi on my truck to level it up with the camper on the truck.
This calcs out to about 4000lbs give or take.

I looked at one and it had build in Generator before I made a offer I had person take it to a scale , I when along.
With out water it came in at 3500 Lbs
Now add your stuff and water full propane I can tell you it will go over 4300 Lbs

With tiedowns, hitch extension, two adults, gear and water, we are close to 4000 lbs on the truck. Empty, the TC is about 3000 lbs. Look at my profile to see our options so you can make adjustments.

No issues with the side vented fridge for the last two years. Ours is the 3-way model and spends most of time operating on LPG.
