Just looked at the Ram payload charts and noticed the 2014 Ram 2500 CrewCab 4x4 longbox Tradesman 6.4 has almost a 1,000 lbs. more payload capacity (3070) than the 5.7 (2130) and 6.7 (2180). Wonder why?

Still gotta wonder why Ram felt the 6.4 should have the extra 900++ lbs. of payload vs. the 5.7 gasser and 6.7 diesel.
Very surprised this extra payload capacity wasn't mentioned in this thread 5.7 vs 6.4. Maybe I missed it.
