Broke Truck
My F250 6.0L psd engine shut off while we were on the road and wont start now. Anyone had this problem and what was the solution. We have plenty of fuel pressure.

It turned out that the high pressure oil pump that feeds the high pressure oil to the injectors was bad. We were on the road pulling or fifth wheel far from home when this happened. We got it repaired and have since pulled our fifth wheel another 4000 miles over mountain and plain with no further problem. Our truck just turned to 91,000 miles.
Sounds like a decent outcome, all things considered; I'm sure the pump wasn't cheap but it could've been much worse.
Hope you get years & tens of thousands of miles of problem-free service from it.
