You mentioned upgrading to a 5er on your next RV, have you considered trying to get the 3/4 or 1 ton now. A gasser 3/4 can be had for the same or less than a 1/2 ton. You could have the payload you need and more options on cab/bed configuration. Just depends on how big you want to go later. Just my 2 cents, good luck on you decision.
