Change the oil & oil filter (13 qts) every 6000 miles or so. Very easy to do by yourself, the oil filter is right on the bottom of the engine and easy to get at. Change the fuel filters every 20,000 or so, also very easy took me 15-20 minutes. Check for water on the frame mounted fuel filter a couple of times a month, there is a small drain valve right on the bottom.
Otherwise it's just the standard truck maintenance. I haven't done anything else but check tire pressures on ours so far. I do add lubricity additive to the fuel. I did have a battery develop a crack and the dealer replaced it.
