Any thoughts about the 2017 KZ E181RB travel trailer?
We owned a 2008 KZ Spree for 6 yrs and had no major issues with it but that was when KZ was a privately owned company, now it's part of Thor Industries so who knows whether this is good or bad. :h
This particular model is a single axle so with a GVWR of just 4000 lbs it's CCC is quite limited, it has a too small 20 gal fresh water holding tank, a too small 4 cu ft fridge, is just 7.5' wide instead of 8', has a too short 10' awning which is smaller than some popups, I believe has a short queen bed instead of a full length 80" bed, has just one 20 lb propane tank instead of dual tanks, and the standard A/C is just 8000 BTU. In stock form it's ~ 500 lbs lighter than my own fully equipped dual axle Coachmen Freedom Express but hard to believe is just 7" shorter ... I guess if weight is a critical issue for you this would be a viable alternative but don't see much advantage other than that compared to a more conventional dual axle couple's trailer in the same size category.
