Tow vehicles priced where they are affordable are getting fewer and fewer. Gas
is heading back up and away so if that is a factor your even more limited. The
wife and I hate black and that seems to be the only color anything comes in anymore black inside and outside. GM seems to have run out of brown paint. Like Henry Ford said you can have any color so long as it is black, seems to be true today. If you hate black good luck finding a vehicle in anything else. Then prices seem to have gone on a tear right after Trump said the economy is blowing the doors wide open. We have a older Suburban which struggles with hills but I liken it to the "little engine that could" at $80,000 to replace it I would have to hit the lottery. We priced out a new RAM with the gas engine really liked it and the new weight limits are just what you need to take it all with you then the sales men went over the build sheet with us. Sort of leaves a knot in your throat. Wife says "your not going to do this are you?" If I had, it meant I had better really love that RV because she would be history. Even the sales person was sort of choking when he presented the bottom line. With all this said, This is what you can do, look for a 2000-2006 Suburban or pickup they were really tough trucks very reliable and didn't rust. If money is not your problem than the choices are unlimited, I would even go for a two hundred thousand dollar motor home its the only way to see America and take it all with you. Good Luck and I would leave your wife at home they can really get choked up after seeing the window sticker.
