Pretty much every house on the streets adjacent to the fairgrounds sells parking ($5-20/day, depending on distance), I'll bet you could work a deal with most of them to park a camper and even get a water and extension cord plug in if you asked for a modest price. They tend to be pretty entrepreneurial!
