Camping World Good Sam Warranty

Anyone with experience. Is the 7 year warranty for $2,000 worth the money?

Camping World is stating by purchasing through them at the time of purchasing our new TT it is an inclusionary policy. Where as if you purchase through Good Sam it is an exclusionary policy.
  • Consumer Reports says they are worth the paper they are written on. I agree. Invest the money in a Fidelity account and if you need it withdraw some.
  • Read the exclusions on the back page..........Just saying if you're experienced about what fails on a RV you find that most of the major items are excluded. IMHO.
  • We got a warranty on our Bungalow. Thought that we wasted our money, but this past year we had to replace the toilet, shower floor, and a seal. So for me it worked out.

    This!!!
I argued my truck warranty down from almost 3k to 1k.
But it was still a waste of money and I would never get one on a trailer.
Most of the time they wont cover the repair and you can do an awful lot for the money you would save.

  • If it was worth it to you, then the company offering it would not be in business.

Invest the money that you would have spent on this thing and watch your investment grow.
