I have a general way I setup... but I agree with everyone, it all depends on the site and where I am. Most occasions, if possible, I move the picnic table around.
We have a new trailer this year, so I've really started to change up my design. On our new trailer, we have a flip down metal rack which I have been using as a cook station as my cooking table warped over the winter and i've been too lazy to go get a new one. This has worked particularly well so far...
We also have to find a home for our three dogs and baby, so it's a work in progress. I'll share some pics eventually :)
