Well. My 3000# "dry" weight 1996 Alpenlite overloaded my 2003 F350 despite the truck having all the suspension upgrades.

Loading a 3000# camper on a half ton? A tad optimistic I'd say.

I don't think any F150 can carry 3250 lbs in the bed of the truck such as a truck camper. Even the 8200 HD GVWR with its small 4800 RAWR.
Example is the F150 HD with the 4800 RAWR. These trucks may have a 2200-2400 lb rear axle weight. Now add 3250 lb payload and the trucks rear axle is at 5400-5600 lbs for a severe overload.

Now if the 3250 lb payload was placed on a overhead rack like a plumber or overhead door service truck which sits in the bed and on the trucks frame up front then a F150 may carry 3250 lbs.

3200 lb payloads range is in a 250/2500 rear axle range (6000-6500 RAWR)

The ~3250lb payload capacity on two builds of F-150 actually isn't too bad. A few of the Livin Lite TCs (w or w/o the Ford name slapped on it) would actually work. And like Keytag1 said, that model the 8.4s dry weight of 3027 will leave just enough wiggle room to add a driver and some crackers. Wouldn't be my first choice but, add air bags and load very light it could actually work surprisingly.

Liability-wise Ford can make it very easy.
They will list the camper on F150 with 200 lb cargo capacity including water and people.
