Your needs are unique. 99.99% of truck camper buyers are looking for all the comforts of home. Maximum living space, bathroom, fridge, etc.. Manufacturers have to make what sells, not what they can sell one of as a stock item.
Northstar or Capri can work with you to build a custom new camper, but if you're looking for used, you're out of luck unless you can find an identical camper to the one you have, or you are willing to gut and remodel a camper to suit your unique needs.
