Finally found a used Casita I could get to before it was gone. Picked a snowy day and drove 1000 miles round trip but it was worth waiting for. It is a 2018 Casita Spirit Deluxe and lightly used. Just what I was looking for.
I am a fan of "eggshell" campers ! Only down side is older ones that are used in the "rust belt" for many years can have catastrophic frame failures. Anything over 10 years old should have a thorough annual frame inspection.
