I just used the Geocel Proflex based on recommendations on this forum. I agree it is excellent.

has anybody used SONOLASTIC NP-1 Polyeurethane Sealant Caulking 10 oz. Tube which has good reviews and is reasonably priced, under $6.00 a tube?

If sealing roofing membrane on vertical surfaces, I'd recommend using the non-leveling Dircor sealant Mfg Part #551LSW-1

Geocell Proflex works great on any other sealing applications (non roof membrane related) I've found

a while back I think it was proflex that I called and a woman told me that it was NOT a urethane based caulk. will try DAP.

3M has quite a few including the 4200 and 5200 marine products. A google search on "polyurethane sealant" gives products by DAP, Tremco and others, none of which I've used.

And looking at the Dicor and Geocell Proflex web sites, now I'm not sure just what they're made out of, but they seem to work well, at least the Dicor Self-Leveling does which I've used on the rubber roof as it says it's compatible.

I have a Keystone camper and they state to use dicor on roof surfaces and silicone for sides and all other seams on the rv. Proflex I have found to be very difficult to work with as it comes out of the tube tacky and hard to smooth with your finger, and is very sticky. I can make a nice smooth line with white or clear silicone. However I will use proflex in place of putty tape if i am installing trim moldings, exterior lights, or windows where I don't need to worry about a nice looking bead. Many folks on here won't like silicone, which is fine, but as long as it is not used on roof surfaces it is fine to use.

I find that the marine products (tested in lots of sun and salt-spray) usually work really well on RVs.

I've used 3M 3200 but not sure how well it interacts with a rubber roof. Excellent product, good adhesive and sealant, not just a caulk. But pricey compared to the Dicor, Geocell and other polyurethane products out there.

3M 5200 is an even stronger adhesive, as well as sealant. I wouldn't use it on anything that you may want to take apart sometime. And again, not sure how good it is for a rubber roof, and pricey.

Either ProFlex or the non-sag version of Dicor.
