caulking
I have a Crossroads TT with a TPO roof. On the roofs horizontal services I know I can use Dicor self leveling caulk but on the two sides the roof comes down about 3" vertical where it meets the trim....

I've used 3M 3200 but not sure how well it interacts with a rubber roof. Excellent product, good adhesive and sealant, not just a caulk. But pricey compared to the Dicor, Geocell and other polyurethane products out there.
3M 5200 is an even stronger adhesive, as well as sealant. I wouldn't use it on anything that you may want to take apart sometime. And again, not sure how good it is for a rubber roof, and pricey.
