Congratulation on your new TT.
I think the easy towing is due more to pulling with a F-350 diesel than anything else. Of course with the trailer being empty, could have a little to do with it too. Speaking as a previous TT owner, watch how you load the trailer to insure a correct balance. Also, keep in mind those ST tires on the trailer are only rated for 65mph.
I think I would still invest in a quality WD/Sway control system.
When we got our first MH, I really wanted to keep our TT just for camping as I knew the MH would be too big for most campgrounds. Unfortunately, I let my DW talk me into selling it.:(
