Thanks for all your help, but i was a little impatience went back and check my water and found out that everything is ok, my hot water unit is working.

Inside it will be to the right of fridge under the 'pantry'

Furnace is under fridge

Walk around the outside and look for a metal cover something like in the picture below. That will be the water heater.
