I saw your question as sort of a contest to find the best way to search a single post. I entered the contest, but sadly, I failed. It certainly poses an interesting challenge, though, and I'll keep an eye in this to see if anyone comes up with a solution.
However, I frequently search the whole site for certain search terms because you just never know where some people might thing to post things. So for this, it's best to let Google do the heavy lifting, something like this:
your search terms site:www.rv.net/forumsedit... I have to admit, I think someone did a "roll your own message board" with this site. I've never seen another like it, and even my bolded example above came out formatted with a smiley that I didn't put there. Why can't they just use vBulletin like the rest of the world.
