CrossRoads

I have sent many emails to CR's and they just won't answer me. Hows that for support!
  • Sorry to hear about the lack of support. I purchased a new 29rk fifth wheel in 2005 and have had the occasion to deal with them on about three issues. I found their service to be terrific. I guess things have changed over the years. Too bad. I am totally pleased with my Cruiser.

  • It's so difficult to make a phone call... I have had nothing but great service from them.
  • emails will not get as fast of service as a phone call. Call them directly, ask for Lynn. He helped me get the warranty replacement items shipped the next day. Crossroads has been excellent with me in getting warranty work approved and done.
  • I have had great service from Crossroads as well. I always phone, emails don't seem to get answered.
    They shipped me warranty parts right to my door via UPS.
    Nice not having to listen to my stealer come up with excuses for not helping me.
    I would not hesitate to buy another Crossroads product based on quality or service, and I have owned new trailers made by other major manufacturers.

  • Yup x3 on phone call. 260 593 3850 I have always delt with Bill Hodge, very good man. Hope this helps. You can always go on the crossroads form for more help too.
