Cummins auto high idle question
On cold mornings the truck will go into a high idle after approx. two mins of starting. It does it automatically when it's cold, I'm not setting the cruise. Question is, a couple of times here lat...

Minus 15-20 celcius here for past few days. Truck has been sitting for 4 days not plugged in. Started it up and went to high Idle (1100 rpm IIRC) immediatley. After 2-3 minutes it dropped to 900 rpm and then used to cruise to set idle back to 1100 and left it there while I scraped ice and snow off. Did same thing last winter.
