The Truma Combi furnace/water heater is one. Another would be Seitz windows, which are plastic... but are double-paned and do well for insulation.

It's been ages since I had a truck camper, but I had a Capri and I know they are still out there and you used to be able to order one about any way you'd like so search for them. I also know Phoenix PopUp Campers do seemingly limitless custom truck campers. We know 4 couples with Phoenix units they had built and they sing there praises every chance!

Host Campers will definitely customize, but I don't know the extent. I'm not sure how many others will.

CampLite will also customize a bit. I had them notch back the floor to allow space for my auxiliary fuel tank.I also had extra cabinets installed and LED marker lights that I provided.

Phoenix pop up truck campers are big into custom jobs.

NorthStar from Iowa will deviate from the norm for you. Rory is no longer with NorthStar. Rex Willett- President of Northstar told me this winter that He looks to the European supply companies for their compactness and quality. I know he's been using the Dometic double pained windows for sometime now and I suspect they are like the ones you describe. I now they are insulated very very well.

I had Outfitter install Seitz windows in my Apex 8 during construction in 2004. They are a great window.
Outfitter will do just about anything you want.
