Dealer to stay away from.

We bought a new Coachman from the dealer in Canyon City, CO. Love the coach, but the dealer is the slowest I have ever seen for getting anything done or getting any answers. Had to finally ask the maker to let me go somewhere else to get warranty work done.

    Royal Gorge. The only place within miles to find the one we wanted. He just throws work orders on a desk in the work bay and when I go in, he has to sort thru them to find one. No system. Sells trucks also and when we need answers slow responce. Called for some info for taxes and it was 4 days to get an answer when all they needed to do was bring it up on a computer. Needed some warranry work done, asked for a time frame, told he would call back in a day or two. Never did.

    Without the name your post helps no one unless they are very familiar with the area and there is only one dealer selling that brand.

    Is he slow or just really busy selling new and used RV's.

    Why did you decide to buy it there initially?
