My idea is easily for the Lance factory to include on truck campers. An extension for the sewer hose to connect to. Every time I had to dump my holding tanks, I was embarrassed having to get on my knees to reach under the camper to connect the sewer hose. Most other campers have a sewer connector at an easily accessible point at the side of the camper. My fix was to purchase three items, all after market to extend the sewer connection to the side of my 1181. A 90 degree elbow, a slider valve and a short sewer extension long enough to reach the edge of the camper. All clear plastic, to see what was happening as I dumped. Clear water, clean; dirty water keep flushing and no drip with fluids still in pipe after closing tank valve. This unit is held in place with a bracket that use two of the top bolts on the valve and has a 90 degree bend for bolting to the storage compartment above.
After 1312 viewers of this thread, I hope is a Lance factory person sees this. My dealer has suggested this idea to them with photos, but; nothing has happened. I too love my Lance, on my third one.
