- buckyExplorer IIMr. Hendricks has a son in law whose job it is to go to Mecum, Jackson-Barrett, etc and buy classic cars that are displayed in showrooms with the intent to make a profit at some point. Best job in the world I'd say.
I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Hendricks some years back when he bought Colonial Chevrolet in Va Beach and had all 4 drivers and cars there. He spent about 10 minutes just chatting with me, a kind gentle man. - catfishmontanaExplorer

Catfish, he being a car dealer he sells many makes so he would probably buy anything. I'm sure you are more familiar with this then me, but isn't Evil's, I believe F-150 sitting in a GM showroom maybe in Butte? Where are you in the Big Sky?
You are right, he can and does buy any and everything. He's just so ingrained in my mind as a huge GM buyer it's hard for me to get my mind around him purchasing a mopar. I'm a long ways from Butte, but Butte being Evils stomping grounds it would make sense. - bobsallyhExplorer IICatfish, he being a car dealer he sells many makes so he would probably buy anything. - catfishmontanaExplorerThat was serial number 1 that was sold at auction for charity. I can't believe Hendrich bought it, he always buys all the GMs.
- bobsallyhExplorer IIOne was sold at Barrett-Jackson here in Vegas last weekend. It was a charity deal, went for I believe it was $825,000 and the Englestad Family Endowment matched the %825,000.

Don TWR in Australia already has a similar "Halo" vehicle. It does handle very well, my concern is the Charger goes well in a straight line, but not so great around bends, as previous Chargers have shown
2006 Version did this stock standard AFTER being driven 4000 miles around AustraliaThe latest version is a supercharged version not turbocharged. 2006 version naturally aspirated. In 2010 a naturally aspirated version set a faster time than the Aston Martin BR 9 around the Top Gear track. Who knows what this new beast will do?the previous generation HSV Maloo currently holds the Guinness World Record for the world's fastest ute after Holden racing driver Mark Skaife set an average top speed of 271km/h on the Woomera rocket range in 2006, defeating the previous title holders which were high-powered US pick-ups from Ford (237kmh) and Dodge (248km/h).
- Perrysburg_DodgExplorerYou guys do know the Challenger was the first Hellcat right? Then Dodge decided to add the Charger.

Two completely different cars. Not sure how you could compare the two. Very few people that buy the Hellcat care about MPG. - Bionic_ManExplorer
