Boy oh Boy...you know this thread has made me laugh...all these well intentioned folks who consider putting a dog in a travel trailer as the hieght of cruelty!
Lets get real for a moment. MOST of the dogs in the developing world, ASIA, AFRICA and parts of the MIDDLE EAST to say nothing of RUSSIA would give their RIGHT PAW for the chance to live with someone who loved them enough to ALLOW them to ride in the Trailer! Imagine it from their perspective...It's WARM! and DRY! and I AM WITH MY PACK! And theres FOOD! OH MY GOD I AM IN HEAVEN. And no VICIOUS DOGS to steal my FOOD! NO ONE KICKING ME! or THROWING ROCKS AT ME! THAT is what the dog is thinking.
Most of the world laughs at us the way we treat our pets. And most Dogs of the world would do anything to trade places with ours...even if they have to ride in the trailer...
So to the naysayers I say...relax this is all perspective. In comparison to what the lives are of most dogs on this planet it doesnt even register on the scale of "difficult" much less cruel or abusive.
