Dometric ccc2 thermostat

I have a Dometric Brisk 2 AC and it only run the fan on High no matter what speed I set to fan to run on the thermostat. It also runs on high when I choose auto. I have a 2018 used Gemini23tb but have no manuals on the AC or thermostat.
