Door window glass

What glass is in your door window on your TC? My old '98 Bigfoot had obscured glass for privacy, while the new '18 has tinted, but otherwise clear glass. Did they make a mistake? I'm afraid the neighbors will get an eyeful at night with an interior light on. Thanks.

On my 2004 Bigfoot, I have the fish eye ens on my lower door window and opague/frosted glass on the upper window. Thinking of changing out the upper window for clear/tinted glass. I feel like I'm missing out on so many views! When I want privacy, I open my bathroom door- this blocks anyone from looking inside through the door. Has anyone done this mod? Curious what product you've used to replace the glass.

Optical door with the wide angle lens in the lower window. I can see the boat just fine with that lens. It's the upper widow that needs a fix. Like the picture above, I have another window that can be uncovered if I need to see who's approaching.

Appears you got the "Optical Rear Vision Door" unless referring to the fish eye which this doesn't have-surprised no allowance for curtain/blind though. Is the valance over door deep enough to add?

Nice IMO to be able to see out. We recently added a full length curtain inside to cover both top & bottom windows. Don't need to step outside to flip the fish-eye window cover over.

Our N.L. has the fish eye and a snap on cover. I want to change the top frosted window because the screen door prevents you from removing the cover, which prevents you from looking out back until you open door and remove the cover. Then I'll put a curtain of some sort on top window.

My old Sun Lite was clear with a curtain, but the wife wanted more. She bought an frosted decal I cut to size. She feels a lot better now. I liked the clear when driving because I could see the boat some through the window.

Only mistake would be no curtain?

Yes, no curtain was provided. Lower door window came with a fish eye lens and a snap on cover. All other windows have curtains or blinds.

Can any BF owners state what they have?

Clear glass at the bottom pane of the window allows me to see cars following close behind the camper. I have a screen that snaps in place for privacy. There is a large upper window. I covered that with reflectix 8 years ago when I bought the camper.

Many, myself included, have swapped out the factory opaque door glass with clear. Only mistake would be no curtain?

Mine has a cover, so it doesn't matter but it's frosted.
