Dropping front hitch

My f350 front hitch comes out in the center of the bumper, putting everything right in front of the grill. I want a 8-10" drop that my front rack can plug into.think male to truck with female to rack. I cant find anything online. Any ideas or do i have to have one built?
  • The pintle hitch plate is a nice idea because of the adjustment.
  • I used a single pintle-hook mount to slide into the receiver, and had an identical plate welded on the carrier. Each plate has four sets of holes to put bolts in, and this allows quite a bit of up/down adjustment of the toolbox. I figured there may be a time when I'll need to raise it up high for clearance.

There are pintle-hook mounts made that have even more up/down adjustment than the one I bought.

I can't post a picture of it directly right now, but there's a picture of it in my reply on
    this topic.

    :):)
  • Hi I had a welding shop make one up for me with a 10 inch drop. It looks just like the one in the clicky
above. Pm me with your E-mail if you want and I will e-mail pictures. Bob
