I would like to use the tailgate handle camera for the truck. This camera can have a hard wire video cable. The 2nd camera will be on back of the TT. I can get power from the TT itself but i dont want it to be video hard wired. I just want the 7 pin connector to be only connection which is why i would like the TT camera to be wireless video. This could be done with the system I have from Rear View Safety. It has a box that has 3 inputs; I use one for the camera on the back of the tow vehicle, and another input for the camera I have on the trailer. As long as the wireless system has a video output, it could be cabled into the box. Mine are both wired - I have not had good luck with wireless cameras over the distance to the rear of my little 17' trailer so I wouldn't count on finding one that works on a 26' one.
I checked their website & it looks like they are using a different system - I bought mine 4 years ago. You might give them a call; their tech support is quite knowledgable...
