The product can't be used that way.
You have way more patience than I do.
I would be dead serious about an attorney and no more out-of-pocket expenses.
For the attorney, you'll need a detail written history of the problems, who you've spoken to, when you spoke, etc.
Have a well organized presentation just like you were going to trial for your prospective attorney. I would not post anything here that could be considered libelous and used against you until after the dust has settled.
