Great to hear! I have a 1 year old Equalizer E2 WD hitch and it has performed beautifully in WD and stopping sway on my 6000 lb 32 ft Bullet TT. Nice to know if I have a problem they will help me out without regards to a warranty period! About the only company in the RV biz that will use the "LL Bean always satisfied policy "
