Most people report running out of rear axel weight rating before reaching max tow rating. My F150 5.4 does move around with wind and passing traffic. As mentioned look at the F250 if you think you will be towing often.
Also note that it's not just the guys with F250 that are saying look at the Ford Super Duty.
