F150 rear leaf spring width?

So, ordered a set of Hellwig 61902 Pro-Series Helper Spring with Silent Feature off of Amazon and it said it would fit my 2013 F150 XLT..

Well, get it and check the U bolt size and the spring size and they are only 2.5" wide...

The leaf springs on my F150 are 3" wide..

Didn't even know that until today.. DOH..

Anyway, just wanting to know if anyone out there has 2.5" wide leaf springs on their 2011-2014 F150.. (what I ordered was supposed to fit).

Don't know if my Max Tow option makes a difference? But those rear leaf springs are 3" wide for sure!

    I checked every spring pack in my book 1500, 1900 and 2500# and they all list 3 inches wide. Model years 09-14 all the same. My daughters Ranger has 2.5 inch springs.
    What is the part number they sent you for the Helwig pack?

    I really wanted to trade it for the proper part, but I could not find it on Amazon, so having to return it..

    I even looked on Hellwigs site, and they don't show one that fits the 3" leafs??

    I looked up the Super Springs kit for your truck as a comparison. That spring is also narrower then three inches at the eye but the shackle it comes with adapts it to work and tapers to the narrower width.

    Yeah, gonna have to call or find a local brick and mortar to find it.

    Been looking at the RoadMaster Active Suspension too, but same deal.. Not sure if they will fit the 3" leafs.. They cost more, but have heard good review on them.
