I have gotten the same fuel mileage as FishOnOne, but in really limited conditions.
Flat ground.
No wind.
And keeping the speed down to 55 to 60 MPH.
Mind you, it is mostly after dark I drive like this. We've got some very big, corn fed, 200 pound plus white tail deer in this area of South Dakota and I just would not want to meet one out on the road at night. The old night vision is not what it used to be, so I always slow down after dark.
With the dually (as mine is) I usually get mid 16's up into the 17's, always dependent on wind conditions. That's at normal daylight speeds in the 65-72 MPH range.
Oh gosh! I should add these are non-towing numbers.
