No, it's just an engine. You could buy an engine from Sears right out of the catalog. It was up to you to figure out what you wanted it to do. A lot of them were set up to power houses with a gen set. This one was to power a BIG saw blade on a portable saw mill. I will see if I can get more pictures when he gets it running.
