Ford Super-Duty to get new gas engine

I can tell you from my 2009 F350 w/V10 that after putting a 5-star tuner on it, it really woke up. I believe most of these large gas displacement engines are de-tuned from the factory from longevity. Doesn't matter the manufacturer.
My 01 Excursion had around 190k when I sold it, and my brothers F250 had north of 230K before he decided to rebuilt it. Big reason why I chose to stick with the V10.
