I drive a white 2010 Ford Expedition for work.
The paint is bubbling up on the nose of the hood and around the rear lift gate window. It has chipped away in one place but still looks white.
This isn't like those recalls where you would see swaths of paint peel away. This is limited to small areas of bubbling. You would't notice just walking by the vehicle.
