We pay for the season...my site is 3300.00 plus electric. We are in a KOA rated in the top !0% of all campgrounds in the country. Bands almost every weekend....onsite fireworks on the 4th...murder mystery night....etc. We also can leave the camper onsite for the winter if we want but I bring mine home. We had a membership years ago but broke the contract because of the corp violating the rules constantly...like renting to transients....allowing unoccupied rigs to stay on site...etc. Would NEVER buy a time share again
