Make a thick paste out of baking soda and a little water. Slop it in there, scrub everything down, and leave it for 10 minutes. Make a mix of vinegar and water (around 2:1) then spray it all over the fridge and let that sit for 10 minutes. Afterwards, rinse everything down with clean water. I've used this procedure with success on some of the toughest smells.
