Here is a better manual directly from Atwood.
First go to page 6 and use the Model Identification to determine what model you have. Then on page 13 there is an explanation of the diagnostic LED on the circuit board. The LED flashes a set number of times to indicate the fault detected.
I had the same issue with the Atwood in my 2002 Lance. It was working fine and then it wouldn't do anything. I was able to jumper the fan wire and get it to start so at least I knew that worked. I wound up replacing the control board and everything worked again. Here's the part I found on Amazon.
