4.10`s or if 4.30`s are available will allow you to use 5th gear. and will gain you .5 mpg because the engine will no be working as hard!
I went from 3.73 to 4.30 and it was the best thing I did. I could never use O/D. I can now cruise in O/D at 70 at 2700rpm as opposed to 3200 in 3rd at 67! (it used to hunt for O/D at 65-67) granted I have a 4 speed, but the idea is the same!
