There's also a dump station at the Giant gas station in Cottonwood. I don't know of any other in Sedona. Perhaps the forest service campgrounds in Oak Creek Canyon (89A) would have a hard time making a dump station so close to the creek. You might ask about it at the Red Rock Ranger Station.
