I think he meant GCWR. I'm surprised how low these trucks were rated back then. My 2005 F250 had a 9800 lb GVWR, 23,000 lb GCWR and 15,000 lb fifth wheel tow rating. I'm sure my new truck will also get passed by newer models as manufacturers leap frog for the top rating.
