No flip. The software lets you flip recorded images, not live. Yep, has a 1-2 second delay. Not really a problem unless backing up at high speed - Something I have a tendency not to do. When flying the quads I use a board camera for FPV, not the Gopro or Mobius, of course. The delay would make that impossible. They are just on the quads and planes for recording purposes.
