Got rid of the trailer, went back to tent camping

I'm joking, no way could I not have a camper! But I do still tent camp and man did it get windy. 30 mph winds plays hek with tents. Not even storming or raining, just beautiful blue skies. It's...

My husband and I still go tent camping, sometimes backpacking. At 76 I find it harder to carry my share up a mountain.
I want a campground near good hiking so we have been going to state campgrounds in the back of beyond. I assume that all states have them tucked away. Some of them are great. Some are not.
