Got rid of the trailer, went back to tent camping

I'm joking, no way could I not have a camper! But I do still tent camp and man did it get windy. 30 mph winds plays hek with tents. Not even storming or raining, just beautiful blue skies. It's...

I have found that it is difficult to take a TT or PUP in a canoe in the Boundary Waters.

It is also difficult to get 18 mpg with a TT and squeeze through the wood or even a McDonald's drive through.

The point is each has its purpose and if you need it there is no substitute.

I have weathered some rough storms in a tent and a pop up but either is as comfy as the TT. Sometimes comfort and convenience takes a back seat to adventure.
