HappiJac camper jacks

I have looked through the threads but can’t seem to find a post to my specific problem. I have a problem with the camper jacks not powering. I loaded the camper with no problem retracted the jacks and everything went dead. They are older style say yr 2000 and have a wired tethered remote. I have 12.8 volts at the main login board but no lights on the remote ..Any help would be appreciated. I would post a picture of the board but I can’t post pictures yet. New to the forum I guess.

the control board on my 2007 just died a few weeks ago as well. I had to get a new board and remote, and back in business now.
