Has anyone looked at the Jeep Gladiator?

Saw one on the street yesterday and glanced at the specs online. Interesting numbers and features for towing with a 3.6L engine with a 6 speed manual or 8 speed auto., 7600 tow cap. And 1600 lb. cc. I will not buy one, but anyone who likes back country camping might want to look at one...

My 2017 570 rzr is the same size as my old 2008 800 rzr.

An interesting vehicle. Retro style and technology.
Not a great tow vehicle. Not a great only vehicle, buy a fun vehicle.
I had a 1974 Jeep Wagoneer once that went everywhere with a 360 and a 4 speed. It was loud and primitive but we logged out of it.

I've yet to see a single one in the Houston area, the trips to the deer camp and to the coast.

That goes for all vehicles. Why would anyone pay near $80k minus discounts for a loaded 3/4 ton diesel? Same reason why someone would pay near $55k minus discounts for a loaded Gladiator, It's what they want!

Can't argue with that!

The RZR length depends on the model. My 50" wide trail version is 102" long (8.5 feet). Don

I wonder if some one will make a flat bed for the Gladiator? I could put my 570 rzr on it and flat tow it behind a motor home. Be just about perfect.

The RZR is 9' long so you cannot side load this vehicle. It would have to ramped up over the cab since a 9' deck behind a Gladiator cab would put CG too far rear of the axle.
