Definitely sounds like a tstat problem.
This forum should be labeled "Post everything here and we'll move it."
If they can't be bothered to do either, they don't deserve the luxury of asking for help, and any answers would be beyond their comprehension anyway.
There are other new member restrictions... just add one more.
