Who knows, may still be waiting on Keystone, the dealer, or the local glass guy to figure out he can't cut tempered glass LOL. He may be still driving around with a piece of plastic duct taped over the hole.

Welcome to the Keystone Family. Keystone will not send parts to a retail customer be they replacements under warranty or if you intended to purchase them. Everything has to go through their dealer network.

The windows are supplied to Keystone by LCI. As others have said they're tempered glass. The local mom and pop glass shop or glazing contractors do not cut tempered glass, its ordered from a factory/distributor and a one off like what you need with radius corners will be a lot more expensive than just calling a Keystone dealer. Have them order the entire window, pay for it yourself and the shipping, and have it shipped to you. It still may take quite awhile. Just forget about the warranty. The dealer does not want to go through the hassle of all the legwork and then not make his dime for the warranty work. Why should he?

Exactly, which is why it was cheaper to replace the entire frame and glass than it was to get a replacement glass.

Some may cheat and get non-tempered, use know that is not DOT approved.

Glass or Lexan can be cut and installed PDQ by glass companies.

You still have the window's frame. Go down to like Home Depot and buy a needed size piece of Lucite etc plastic glass the same approx thickness and install it in the frame and you are good to go until the OEM window can get put in. Problem solved quick nd cheap.

We had this happen to us recently too. I'm not under warranty, so I decided to fix it myself. It was an easy and quick job. Less painful than going to a dealership and being at their mercy.
